SAUVIGNON BLANC 2018
Overripe grapes. 24 hours of maceration with entire grapes, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then, 9 months in barriques, half new and half used ones. Weekly batonnaged.
Terraced vines on the low south-west part of the hill.
Recommended to drink this wine while eating. Stand out with baked and gratinated fish. Try it also with shellfish first courses.
