Terraced vines in the lower part and southwest of the hill.

Intense straw colour. Ripe and juicy yellow fruit invades the nose sentors remembering mango and melon. On the palate it is complex, enveloping, mineral. The warm and ashen finish is the gift from the wooden roasting.

Perfect with shellfish crudité or oriental hummus.
