Intense yellow color. You can feel jasmine, freeze-dried pineapple, even polenta crust which are shy on the nose. Drinking it, warm hints of honey and cooked apple fill your mouth.

The softness can well contrast the stuffed sauces of a pasta or white meat cooked with milk.
