RIBOLLA GIALLA 2019
10 days of entire grapes maceration. After pressing, fermentation evolves in inox tanks. Part of it matures in two or three years old tonnaeux or barriques. Not filtered wine. Available in 75cl or 150cl bottles.
High part of the hill. South/South-west terraced vines.
Golden colored. It slightly smells of incense and orange peel. The palate remains dry and “clean”. The typical vine’s tannins are gently astringent.
To combine with concentrate soups, barley and beans. Try it with fat food to accentuate the dry characteristics.
Serve at 13 degrees
