14 days of entire grapes maceration. Stainless steel vinification after soft pressing. Available in 75cl or 150cl bottles.

Over 30 years old “rittochino” vines on the south east side of the hill.

Copper highlighted color. Scent of rose and bread crust, which is typical. Soft and silky, it exalts in the mouth the perceived odors.

Also as an aperitif. Perfect with mushrooms and shellfish. Interesting with meat or vegetables risotto.

Serve at 14 degrees
