Straw yellow color. The warm scent brings out banana and popcorn notes typical of the variety. An explosion of yellow fruits and vanilla cream envelops the palate for a long time, with softness and elegance.

A wine for the whole meal, as long as it is based on fish. Its power does not fear complexed and elaborated fish dishes.
