Chardonnay 2019 Doc Collio
Cryomaceration and aging in a steel tank for over a year on its noble lees.
Grapes from a hill of San Floriano del Collio with south-east exposure.
Chamomile color. The scent, at first glance, is reminiscent of a newly hatched peanut. Warming up in the glass, Mediterranean scrub aromas emerge. The mouth is enveloped by immediate, persistent and enveloping heat, even crunchy with a creamy ending.
It goes hand in hand with roasted white meat and dishes with rosemary aromas.
